UZC Co-creates Digital Retail Experience with European Luxury Automaker

UZC collaborated with Porsche to develop the "Digital Showroom" system, utilizing mixed reality and data intelligence to redefine premium car buying experiences. 

The platform features 3D visualization engines, personalized configuration systems, and virtual test drive modules, employing real-time rendering to achieve 1:1 digital replicas of vehicles. During the global promotion of Taycan electric sports cars, UZC Stuttgart created virtual wind tunnel experiences based on aerodynamic principles, Shanghai Innovation Center designed customization interfaces incorporating Chinese aesthetic elements, while Dubai Luxury Experience Lab developed special test drive scenarios for desert environments. 

The integrated CRM platform uses machine learning to analyze user behavior data for precise product recommendations and service bookings. The project increased Porsche's online inquiries by 67%, raised customization orders by 41%, and achieved 98% customer satisfaction. The partners are developing blockchain-based vehicle digital passport systems for full lifecycle value management.
